Nutritionists have called the best breakfast slimming

Israeli scientists have discovered an important link between weight loss, blood sugar levels - and the type of protein consumed at breakfast.
 
Experts at Tel Aviv University, conducted a study involving nearly fifty people. All of them suffered from diabetes and obesity. Participants were divided into three groups and fed for two years, two types of breakfast - one I was with a lot of whey protein, and the other was rich in other types of proteins.

In the study, it was found that whey protein, which is found in milk, cheese and yogurt helps to keep longer feeling of satiety than protein found in egg or fish protein. Those who lunched milk products lost more weight loss longer feel full throughout the day, and had lower blood sugar levels compared with other participants.
 
Thus, Israeli scientists believe that the "right" protein, used by man for breakfast, can play a decisive role in the process of dumping excess weight, as well as in the "management" of diabetes.
