Power scheme is designed for 7 days, but depending on the purpose, the health and strength of will it extend to two weeks. The rate of weight loss, in strict adherence to guidelines - 5 kg per week.

 Menu

 Below is the menu for the week; if the diet is continued for another week, the menu is repeated. Breakfast is always the same - half grapefruit or two oranges, black coffee or tea.

First day

 Lunch: Egg, tomato, 40 g almonds, a cup of black coffee.

 Dinner: egg, lettuce, grapefruit.

 Second day

 Lunch: egg, grapefruit, black coffee.

 Dinner: 150-200 grams of beef, cucumber and green salad, cup of tea.

 The third day

Lunch: Egg, tomato, cauliflower boiled / braised cabbage or spinach, black coffee.

 Dinner: 150-200 grams of boiled fish fillet, cucumber, tea.

 Fourth day

Lunch: egg, lettuce, celery and cabbage, black coffee.

 Dinner: 140-200 grams of low-fat cottage cheese, stewed spinach or 100 g grated carrots with lemon juice, grapefruit.

 Fifth day

 Lunch: egg, braised spinach and black coffee.

 Dinner: 150-200 grams of cooked chicken, green leaf lettuce, tea.

 Sixth day

 Lunch: fruit salad of orange, grapefruit, apple and nuts - 200 g

 Dinner: 150-200 grams of beef, cucumber, tea.

 Seventh day

 Lunch: 200 g of vegetable broth, 150 g of chicken.

 Dinner: a glass of low-fat yogurt, fruit salad.

 During the diet you should drink at least 1.5 liters of water per day. Vegetable salads seasoned with natural yogurt with no additives or lemon juice.

Helpful hints

 Tip 1. Eggs quail replaced at the rate of 1 = 2 chicken quail.

Tip 2. Hollywood diet is more effective in combination with physical activity.

 Tip 3. After the usual diet add products into the diet gradually and in small quantities. Output from the diet over time is equal to most diets.
