There are two varieties of the three-day apple diet. You can choose the one that you like.

The second option apple diet is much more varied than the first.

Apple diet for 3 days:

Day 1:

- Breakfast: apple, 1st.l. fat-free yogurt and a slice of rye bread;

- Lunch: salad of fish (150g fish, apple, celery, orange, 75g of low-fat yogurt and lemon juice, salt-free);
- Afternoon snack: 100g of low-fat cottage cheese and apple;
- Dinner: 2 slices of rye bread, 2 slices of cheese, half an apple, half a cucumber, greens.

Day 2:

- Breakfast: Mix 30g of oatmeal, milk 150ml low fat, grated apple, 1st.l. raisins, is a kind of cereals - a great breakfast;
- Lunch: apple;
- Lunch: pancake from one egg, 6st.l. milk with low fat, 30g of flour, add sugar substitute and cinnamon, as a filling - apple slices;
- Lunch: 100g low-fat yogurt and half of apple;
- Dinner: 40g of boiled rice, chopped apple and half a banana.

Day 3:

- Breakfast: 2st.l. fat-free yogurt and a slice of rye bread, in a break between the first and second breakfast can eat an apple;
- Lunch: Mix 150g of low-fat yogurt, juice of one apple with pulp, cinnamon and lemon juice;
- Lunch: Boil 100g of chicken and make a sauce for it with finely chopped peppers and apple 2ch.l. sugar, 3st.l. water and 1ch.l. lemon juice, salt, pepper and vinegar to taste;
- Afternoon snack: an apple;
- Dinner: salad of apples, 2 carrots, slices of cheese and 1ch.l. raisins. For the sauce - milk, low-fat and sugar substitute.

Repeat apple diet is not earlier than in a month. Listen to your body, if the apples do not cause you blisters, wild hunger, and easy to carry - apple diet is right for you. Also it is necessary to consult a doctor, apple diet is not necessary to adhere to if you have problems with the gastrointestinal tract, chronic disease, you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
