How not to burn in the sun: 5 main rules

2. Eat foods rich in vitamins A, E and C, as well as polyunsaturated fatty acids omega-3 and omega-6: yellow, orange and green fruits and vegetables, fish, and vegetable oils. This will provide protection from the sun inside.
3. Remember that even on a cloudy day activity of UV rays is quite high - clouds delayed no more than 20% of ultraviolet radiation. And burn in gloomy day as easily as in solar.
4.
