Loneliness health benefits than the bad attitude
The research team studied the relationship of young people, some of whom were married, while the rest did not have a permanent partner. Experts asked participants to tell about the quality of their relationship, and figured out how participants behave outside the relationship, including whether they were inclined to risky behavior.
The study found that the longer people are in a happy romantic relationship, the better their health. This poor quality of relationships, especially those that last for a long time, had a negative impact on the physical and mental health. The results suggest that health is much more useful to be alone than to be in a relationship of poor quality, experts stress.
