Day 4: 250 g of cottage cheese; 0, 5 kg of melons.
Day 5: 1 kg of apples; boiled chicken; 1.5 liters of yogurt.
Day 6: 500 g of boiled meat; 1.5 liters of kefir; 4 apples.
Day 7: 1.5 liters of yogurt, 500 g of cottage cheese.
In order to achieve even better results, do not forget about sports and restful sleep.
