These conclusions have already taken note of in many countries, such as the Advisory Committee on the United States dietary guidelines agreed: how to eat eggs and shellfish now it depends only on the willingness of a person.

According to Ukrainian nutritionist Natalia Krasavkin, this withdrawal of physicians already guessed, but no evidence. However, there is evidence that cholesterol food may still affect: it is a content of trans fats eaten. That is, margarine and synthetic oils are still required strict control, especially the tendency to cardiovascular disease.
