Between these energy channels directly on the spine runs the center channel - substantially wider side. It is the same in women and men: a wide (thick cane), it corresponds to the color blue.
In the notorious point four fingers below the navel it connects with the side channels, rises conically expanding from the center of the chest (the area of ??the heart chakra), and exits through the top.

Hold the other nostril with the ring finger of the same raised hands and exhale through the men's channel bluish smoke: it leaves the waste energy, carrying the body of so-called "pollution male nature": diseases caused by wind (according to the Tibetan teachings, the human body, there are three real-energy components: wind, bile and phlegm, defilements associated with the past.
Healing Qi, which you have filled your body displaces a whole abomination.
When the breath is over, stay a little bit in a purified state, imagining the healing qi spreads throughout the body.
3.2. Repeat three times, breathing through a female channel and out through the male. Imagine how the male channel is becoming cleaner and whiter.
Again, fold his hands crossed on his knees.
4. Lift the upper hand in the corresponding nostril, pressing her ring finger. At the same time the thumb continues to clamp slightly lower phalanx of the ring finger - this is wise at all times on each hand. Breathe in the pure healing Qi through the male channel.
